To support its growth, Edenred Payment Solutions (EPS) is seeking a Business Developer. Reporting to the Head of Sales and working closely with all EPS teams. What you will be doing: Implementing the commercial strategy and identifying new market opportunities. Consistently achieve quarterly targets to expand the client portfolio. Driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and seeking new business prospects actively. Developing strong relationships with prospects, partners and stakeholders. Negotiating commercial and contractual terms. Analysing market trends and adapt the commercial strategy accordingly. Regular reporting on the progress of commercial objectives. Contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes and commercial practices within the company. Ongoing maintenance of the CRM for accurate reporting, forecasting and pipeline management. What we want from you: Experience in card issuance, transaction processing, and Banking as a Service. Intellectual curiosity and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach. Ability to work autonomously and take initiative. Excellent proficiency in Office and Salesforce. Proven skills in managing key accounts and the ability to interact with senior executives. Ability to influence key decision-makers in targeted sectors. Strong interest in technical solutions and APIs.
