Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join a leading company in the secure telecommunications and critical messaging solutions industry. With an established client base across the Private & Public Sectors, NHS, and Blue-Light Services, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to generate leads, prospects, and sales within the London, South-East, and South regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert prospects into sales through outbound calls (cold-calling). Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships across various sectors. Achieve KPIs and sales targets, driving growth in a competitive market. Present and communicate solutions clearly and effectively to clients. Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service and results.
Ideal Candidate: Strong background in Business Development and outbound sales. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Motivated to meet and exceed targets with a results-driven attitude. Experience in the telecommunications or critical messaging industry is a plus, but not essential.
