Business Development Manager

role is focused on the

Design Portfolio , driving growth and customer acquisition within the design space. Responsibilities include managing B2B sales, converting leads into sales, generating new leads, creating bespoke packages, negotiating pricing, and forecasting revenue. Working closely with the Managing Director and the existing sales team, you will play a critical role in driving growth for the

Design Portfolio . This involves building relationships with industry-leading brands and agencies, pitching and presenting unique marketing proposals, and delivering successful long-term campaigns through targeted display advertising and custom content like webinars or downloadable whitepapers. This is a hands-on role. You will be making outbound calls, setting your own appointments and are expected to hit KPI's and Sales Targets. Key Responsibilities: Drive new customer acquisition through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Provide bespoke solutions that meet customers' needs by selling our suite of digital advertising options. Deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts, providing clear visibility on revenue performance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and processes. Support team development and mentoring efforts. Represent the voice of the customer to cross-functional departments such as Marketing and Product. Attend design events for networking and lead sourcing as required. Requirements: A clear, enthusiastic, and resilient attitude toward work. Minimum of 3 years of successful digital media sales experience. Experience selling to the design industry. Proven ability to win new business through outbound efforts. Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
