Major Project Manager

to lead key development projects across the Midlands region. In this role, you’ll manage strategic on-site opportunities, forge strong client partnerships, and ensure our continued growth and success in the market. This is an exciting opportunity to make a big impact by delivering long-term, sustainable revenue while representing Speedy on high-profile projects. What you’ll be doing on a day to day basis: Manage a portfolio of allocated Major Projects, maintain and grow existing and new customer relationships. Understand customer needs and support requirements through bespoke Speedy Asset Services offering. Work alongside internal Operational, National and Regional teams to ensure that the customer receives the highest level of service delivery. Ensure the appropriate platform is in place to accompany the right processes to enable the Speedy business to continuously improve and prosper. Manage and report on performance KPI’s, ensuring sales and profit opportunities are maximised and that remedial action is taken against any identified issues. Deliver revenue growth from new Principal Contractor, Sub-contractor and Onsite opportunities. So we can help you succeed, here’s what you’ll need: Experience of developing large-scale, complex and multi-stakeholder relationships. Demonstrable track record of achievement through revenue driven objectives. Financial and Commercial Acumen. Professional communication and presentation skills.
