Position: Fire and Security Business Development Manager – Utilities

Location: South UK

Salary: £55,000-75,000 basic OTE £100,000


About the Role:

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with a background in fire or security integration solutions and a focus on the utilities sector (gas, electricity, water). Join a growing team, where you’ll drive strategic growth in this high-impact, relationship-focused role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Business in Utilities
  • Build and maintain client relationships with utilities providers, focusing on long-term partnerships.
  • Understand and cater to industry-specific needs in security and fire protection.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline
  • Build, manage, and grow a robust pipeline in the utilities sector.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to convert opportunities into long-term clients.
  • Lead Sales Cycle from Start to Finish
  • Autonomously generate leads, manage full sales cycle, and prepare proposals, quotes, and budgets.
  • Drive deals forward with a consultative sales approach and in-depth product knowledge.
  • Technical Consultation
  • Offer insights into fire and security solutions, helping clients identify the best options for their needs.
