Job Description This role will be critical to and act as the lead on growth of Operational Services and Support business into the UK maritime market for Ultra Maritime. This BD Manager will work directly with the Segment Lead to identify new business opportunities, coupling their experience of this market with Ultra Maritime's wealth of capability for success in this sector. The candidates primary objectives will be to: Develop and use contacts and relationships within the industry, business environment, and customer base to understand and respond to competition, pricing, and demand changes. Manage a pipeline of opportunities using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Identify clear areas of potential sales growth in the UK markets utilising UM's wealth of capabilities and develop these into meaningful leads and opportunities. Drive sales to increase revenue, expand markets, and accomplish financial objectives. Support wider endeavours within the sales and marketing function of the business. Make suggestions for new offerings or improvements to sales or marketing efforts. Support domestic or (limited) international meetings as appropriate to execute the role successfully. This role will operate on a hybrid basis, with the candidate being able to work from any Ultra Maritime office to best suit their location. This includes our London (Greenford), Loudwater or Weymouth offices. The candidate will need to travel to other sites or to customers as required to fulfil the role. Minimum Requirements: Typically, a Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in a related field and related experience of leadership. May be required to maintain security clearance.
