The role of Business Development Manager is primarily strategic and responsible for providing business growth orientated support. On a daily basis you will liaise with your network providing support, mentorship and guidance helping them work towards improving business turnover and profits. You will support them in identifying opportunities specific to the individual's business and guide them with the implementation of new processes, procedures, or business generation ideas to achieve business growth and performance goals. The role will be varied and no two days will be the same; you could find yourself supporting a member of your network on forecasting and budgets and then supporting another with system tools and know-how. You will conduct regular visits across your network ensuring support is received on a regular and consistent basis. Business Development Manager – Experience Needed
