Business Development Manager
Location: Oxford/Swindon/Reading/Bristol
Salary: 37.5k-40k plus car allowance
Schedule: Monday to Friday full-time

The role is all B2B, and the successful Business Development Manager will thrive in developing meaningful client relationships and be a motivated, driven, positive individual.
Duties include:
Conducting research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Using insights to develop business strategies and marketing campaigns. Travel across the Oxford, Swindon, Reading, and Bristol area. Building strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and influencers to generate leads and drive revenue. Creating and presenting tailored proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value of products and services. Leading contract negotiations to secure favourable terms, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction. Implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, track performance, and report to senior management. Working with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and contribute to product development and continuous improvement. Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Who are we looking for:
2+ years of B2B sales experience. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Experience in prospecting, negotiations, and closing sales. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
