#BELIMITLESS Job Description The Business Development Manager main mission is to go after important

new value-added opportunities/leads

that are not managed within Accor today

and convert them into new business.

He/she is working hand in hand with his/her ecosystem (Accor sales, operations, hotels) to capture key profitable B2B revenues. He/she is responsible to develop and implement a sales strategy within his/her region following the overall sales ENA directions. He/She builds strategic partnerships with local private or public industry actors as convention bureau, tourism office and others. The Business Development Manager is driven by 3 KPIs: new business signed, size of the pipeline developed YOY and the opportunities confirmed (then converted and grown into managed accounts). Main accountabilities: Develop and implement a local business development growth strategy

with the support of the Business Development Director. Identify opportunities in target markets for Accor organization’s products and services. Elevate tools and support at disposal to craft the best go to market strategy with key profitable prospects. Generating leads

through cold calling prospective clients or networking at trade shows. Leverage also the strong network within Accor to develop a strong pipeline. Assess client needs and the company ability to meet those needs. Developing and nurturing relationships with customers:

prospects or clients that are already in the development phase. Move people from the top of the sales funnel to the goal of being a signed customer. Implement productive partnerships

with local private and public actors. Develop a common business strategy to attract important leads in the region. Preparing status reports on goals.

Using customer relations management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce to manage interactions. Keeping up with the latest industry developments , including market positioning of corporate competitors.
