The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth of Saville Assessment Asia Pacific’s product portfolio. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market share within targeted industries. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
Market Research: Identify new clients and analyse market trends.
Lead Generation: Build and manage a sales pipeline.
Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong client connections.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate on sales plans and prioritise growth opportunities.
Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close deals.
Internal Collaboration: Work with teams to ensure client satisfaction.
About You :
Experience: 5+ years in sales or business development, preferably in Talent Assessment or HCM.
Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Attributes: Motivated, strategic, and excellent communicator.
