Partnership Manager

at Lumon Pay, you’ll be at the forefront of our strategy for growth, working closely with our established partners to increase revenue, drive referrals, and deliver exceptional service. Reporting to the Regional Partnerships Manager, you will manage relationships with key partners, driving new business opportunities and ensuring the success of our mutual clients. Role and Responsibilities: Own and nurture partner relationships Increase partner referrals Train and support partners Achieve revenue targets Ensure smooth referral processes Embody Lumon’s values We are looking for someone who: A relationship builder : You have experience managing long-term client relationships and know how to turn these into profitable partnerships. A strong communicator : You can confidently engage with a range of people, from partners to internal teams, and communicate clearly and persuasively. Highly organised : You excel at managing your time effectively, juggling multiple priorities to meet deadlines and targets. Customer-focused : You understand the importance of delivering an outstanding experience for your partners to drive business success. Results-driven : You have a proven track record of achieving targets and are always seeking ways to improve. A positive problem solver : You approach challenges with a can-do attitude, always looking for solutions and opportunities. Fluent in English : As this is a client-facing role, a high level of spoken and written English is essential. Multilingual (a plus) : Additional language skills are highly desirable and will be considered a plus, especially in markets where we have active partnerships. What can we offer you?
