Manage a critical territory and actively promote discovery and manufacturing services for small molecules and other modalities, including ADCs and peptidesYou will be responsible for:Achieving agreed sales and profit targets.Identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with target clients.Possessing a broad understanding of Pharmaron's capabilities to engage in comprehensive client discussions.Collaborating with colleagues to identify cross-selling opportunities and develop compelling value propositions.Actively promoting Pharmaron, positioning it as a trusted partner and converting inquiries into profitable contracts.Working with scientists to formulate proposals and presentations, ensuring realistic client expectations and project feasibility.Identifying and sharing valuable market intelligence within the organization.Supporting the broader Business Development team through special projects.We are looking for: BSc / MSc in organic or analytical Chemistry (PhD preferred) and business credentials desirable. CRO industry experience (Senior Scientist, Project Leader or Project Manager) with strong client-facing experience. Deep understanding of the CRO and Pharmaceutical market, small molecule discovery, development, and manufacturing processes.
