To support our continued growth in the UK, we are searching for an inside sales specialist working with the team at our offices in Kingsclere, near Newbury / Basingstoke.

Papyrus Software is a market-leading international software house with sales, development, and support offices in Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific. We market a versatile product, offering implementation of the Papyrus platform as a total integrated solution to large enterprises across multiple markets and verticals.

Job Requirements: As an office-based Business Development Manager within our UK sales team, your main role will be to identify, win, and retain clients throughout the UK and Ireland. With a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills, you will confidently manage the full corporate sales cycle from initial enquiry to closure. This is an exciting sales role with a company that is leading the way with its innovative technology.

The Role:

Research and identify new market opportunities for Papyrus Software across industries. Conduct research on prospects to provide relevant information to analyze opportunities, chase active projects, and speak to key decision makers to introduce Papyrus Software. Reach out to prospects via telephone, LinkedIn, and email to introduce Papyrus and convert leads into possible opportunities. Successfully generate qualified opportunities, continuously building and sustaining a healthy pipeline of new client opportunities for Papyrus Software. Maintain all client and prospect records in the company database. Liaise with team members and Directors to ensure all projects are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

Preferred Background and Skills: Minimum 4 years prior experience in enterprise software sales. High affinity for IT (Bachelor’s in Information Technology preferred). Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Confident telephone manner, ability to build rapport with multiple stakeholders at all levels. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customer personality types. Efficient time management skills with the ability to stay focused on primary business objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Research and problem-solving skills.

We will provide: Intensive training of our platform offering and proposition. Regular sales/training workshops with the global sales team. Competitive base salary and OTE package dependent on experience.
