Key responsibilities:
- Full sales responsibility on allotted territory, working alongside national key accounts and third-party distributors, achieving sales targets.
- Regular field visits to review account development, meeting with key stakeholders, taking product reviews, reporting any complaints, and develop new business.
- Develop sales plans for each account and product and review regularly.
- Provide sales forecasts for reach product line and account updates in timely basis.
- Understand competitors in the market.
- Attend events and exhibitions as necessary.
To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following profile:
- Must have at minimum of 2 years field sales experience in the medical industry.
- Experience managing conflicting demands.
- Proven experience managing a high-performing sales territory.
- Enthusiastic with drive and commitment to achieve business goals and targets.
- Proven experience easily and quickly forming good working relationships with stakeholders.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
- Full valid driving license.
- Eligibility documentation to work in the UK.
