Embark on a rewarding career journey by joining our client's team as a Business Development Manager to cover the West Midlands, Northwest of England and Wales, where you can make a difference in the lives of patients every day.


Key responsibilities:

  • Full sales responsibility on allotted territory, working alongside national key accounts and third-party distributors, achieving sales targets.
  • Regular field visits to review account development, meeting with key stakeholders, taking product reviews, reporting any complaints, and develop new business.
  • Develop sales plans for each account and product and review regularly.
  • Provide sales forecasts for reach product line and account updates in timely basis.
  • Understand competitors in the market.
  • Attend events and exhibitions as necessary.


To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following profile:

  • Must have at minimum of 2 years field sales experience in the medical industry.
  • Experience managing conflicting demands.
  • Proven experience managing a high-performing sales territory.
  • Enthusiastic with drive and commitment to achieve business goals and targets.
  • Proven experience easily and quickly forming good working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Full valid driving license.
  • Eligibility documentation to work in the UK.
