About the Role:


Ardeta Search are seeking a Business Development Manager to join a leading industrial services provider specialising in engineering solutions. This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive business growth, forge strong client relationships, and shape the future of a well-established business operating nationally and internationally. Our client is a market leader within their specific industry and are looking for an individual excited to join them in this newly created role.


You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building partnerships across diverse sectors, including manufacturing , engineering and facilities management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s customer base and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Promote and support cross-selling opportunities (e.g., maintenance contracts, inspections, and on-call services).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging customer needs.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records and updates using CRM systems.


Ideal Candidate:


We are looking for someone with:

  • A proven track record in B2B sales or business development within technical, engineering, or industrial sectors.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and delivering solutions for capital equipment or service agreements.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A technical background or experience in industries like engineering, manufacturing, or facilities management
