Job Title: Business Development Manager - Fire Distribution
Location: UK Field-Based
Salary: OTE- £60k+
The Opportunity: Fuel Growth in Fire Distribution spearhead new business development across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development, focusing on generating leads and acquiring new clients.
- Sell new products and services to existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for market penetration.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
About You:
- Ideally, you will have 3-5 years of sales experience within the Fire and Security sector or a similar field, with a proven track record in new business development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a keen eye for identifying and capitalising on opportunities.
- A solid understanding of fire distribution products and services is preferred, though we welcome candidates from other sales backgrounds who can demonstrate transferable skills.
