Company Overview This consultancy specialises in 360-degree management of sports business in the US and UK, alongside delivering strategic and creative services to prestigious sports organisations. They have a proven track record of successful partnerships with Premier League clubs, sports entertainment businesses, and elite sporting academies, combining creative excellence with deep sports industry knowledge. Role Overview As Business Development Manager, you'll spearhead the growth of the strategic and creative services division, focusing on expanding the client portfolio across professional sports organisations worldwide. This role offers significant earning potential through a competitive base salary plus a project-based commission structure. Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic business development plans targeting sports organisations. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in professional sports. Create compelling proposals and presentations for creative service solutions. Identify new market opportunities within the sports sector. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure deliverable alignment. Represent the consultancy at industry events and networking opportunities. Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing account expansion. Skills Required: Business development or sales experience is desirable, preferably in creative services or the sports industry. Strong understanding and passion for sports, particularly football and wrestling. Excellent relationship building and networking abilities. Commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Effective presentation and communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Knowledge of creative services and marketing solutions. Work Permissions: You must have the right to work in the United Kingdom. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time. Benefits: Base salary £30,000 - £50,000 depending on experience. Commission structure. Remote working arrangements. Regular travel opportunities within the UK and Europe.
