Business Development Manager

to join their client on a permanent basis, due to rapid growth. Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager – Effectively communicate and visit existing clients, to review their current needs and services being provided. Upselling, and introducing any new packages / products they may require. Identify new opportunities and contacts, by networking both in the UK and Overseas. A great eye for developing new strategies, specific to the industry, and work with local representatives to implement this. Collaborate effectively with local agents. Agree commercial terms with new and existing customers, ensuring they comply with company practices and guidelines. Requirements of the Business Development Manager - A minimum of 10+ years’ experience within the sales industry, including a minimum of 5 years in sales/distribution management. A proven background of medical device sales / business development. Understanding of international business practices. A confident character, and able to implement training to local representatives. Able to travel across the UK and internationally, holding a valid UK or EU passport. Benefits of the Business Development Manager role – Monday – Friday Full Time, Permanent. Salary between £50,000 - £55,000 DOE. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Hybrid working (2 Days at home). 26 days holiday + bank holidays. Medical insurance. Seniority level
