As Business Development Manager, you’ll focus on expanding the client base, uncovering new business opportunities, and playing a key part in revenue growth. You’ll work closely with internal teams to craft tailored proposals, negotiate deals, and develop strategies that align with organisational goals. Key Responsibilities:

Conducting market research to identify growth opportunities across industries. Building strong client and partner relationships to understand their needs. Generating leads through networking, industry events, and online platforms. Collaborating on impactful proposals and presentations. Leading negotiations and closing deals that support mutual success. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Managing client interactions and sales pipelines using CRM tools. Working cross-functionally to align development efforts with broader objectives. Monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement. About You:

Proven experience in business development or sales, with a track record of achieving revenue targets. Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, able to develop and implement effective business development plans. Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and projects. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite. Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences as needed. What’s on offer?
