Business Development New Sales Executive Salary: £30k basic, with uncapped OTE £60k-£70k dependent on skills and experience + benefits Hemel Hempstead- Office based - Regular overseas travel available Full Time, Permanent Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (flexibility required) What s in it for you? We are looking for a driven Business Development New Sales Executive to secure new clients for our specialist events logistics services. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in our rapid growth and help shape the future of the business. Who are we? Handdels London is a trusted leader in logistics, known for excellence in transportation, delivery, and event support. From luxury watches to F1 cars and even ISS replicas, we specialise in high-quality global shipping. With over 30 years of experience, we bring the world s biggest trade shows to life, from Gamescom in Cologne to Mobile World Congress in Barcelona and beyond. Our clients count on us to handle all their logistics needs with reliability and expertise. Key Responsibilities but not limited to:- Identify and attract new prospects, working alongside our video and social media team. Promote Handdels London as the logistics partner of choice. Nurture leads through the sales pipeline to secure new business. Meet and exceed sales targets. Provide account management support to existing clients. In time, help build and manage a sales team. Travel to meet prospects face-to-face - we thrive on personal connections. Is this you? Proven track record of securing new B2B customers, must have proof of previous sales targets achieved. Experience in the events sector is highly desirable. Knowledge of logistics is a big plus. Skilled at building relationships at all levels, from drivers to directors. Naturally driven to go the extra mile for clients and the team. A self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset. Must hold a full UK driving licence and have a valid passport for international travel. CRM experience is essential -HubSpot knowledge is ideal.
