Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to identify new business opportunities and re-engage dormant accounts. Qualifying Leads: Assess customer needs, potential, and suitability before passing leads to the external sales team. Strategy Planning: Develop monthly SOAP (Strategy on a Page) plans and present updates to the internal team. Support the organization in implementing strategies aimed at driving growth. CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer interactions. Market Intelligence: Gather insights on competitors, market trends, and customer feedback. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights to inform business strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align approaches and achieve growth targets. Collaborate with C-level, sales and marketing teams to align efforts and maximize outcomes. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company objectives. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key partners and stakeholders. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and partners. Create business proposals and negotiate contracts with new and existing clients. Monitor the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify threats and opportunities. Evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives and strategies. Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote company products and services. Develop and track key performance indicators to measure success. Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas. Prepare regular reports for upper management detailing business development progress. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in business dealings. Enhance the company's overall market position and achieve financial growth. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in business development or sales. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer demands. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing deals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients. Experience in preparing and presenting business proposals. Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend events as required. Knowledge of industry-related trends and best practices. Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic work environments. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (preferred) but not mandatory. What We Offer
