Junior Business Development & Recruitment Consultant . Working with businesses large and small across a wide range of sectors on the US market, we are a technology recruitment business that boasts a lively atmosphere in London (Oval). As a consultant, you’ll experience a perfect blend of business development, consulting, and recruiting. It's busy, it's fast-paced, and rewarding – every day is different! What's on offer: 25k base salary + excellent uncapped commission scheme (45-65k OTE in your first year) Exciting monthly and quarterly incentives (Holidays, lunch clubs, team activities, and much more) Clear career progression and amazing development opportunities Extensive internal and external training program in our Franklin Fitch academy Collaborate and work with people in our Cardiff, Austin, and Frankfurt office Regular socials in an inclusive, positive environment Healthcare & Pension Stylish office close to Oval station, London The role: Building relationships with new and existing clients on the US market Actively sourcing on various career platforms to find the right talent/people for our clients Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future positions Creating job advertisements on multiple platforms and social media sites Conduct interviews via phone or in-person Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews Guiding candidates through an interview process, making them feel confident and ready for any interviews you put them forward to creating a clear candidate experience Working hours: 10 AM - 8 PM, Fridays: 10 AM – 6 PM 1 Home Office day after 4 successful placements, 2 Home Office days after 10 successful placements, Work from home up to 4 days a week Your profile: Hard-working nature Ambitious – wants to take over the world Entrepreneurially minded Resilient Collaborative Friendly Target-driven Sales-focused
