Climate Impact Partners, a leading provider of high quality carbon credit programmes, is seeking a highly motivated and organised Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this fast-paced role, you'll be the engine driving our sales pipeline through prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is both mission-aligned and eager to build a successful career in outside sales. RESPONSIBILITIES Be a master of cold outreach: Utilise phone calls, email, LinkedIn and text messaging to identify, connect and engage with potential clients. The end goal is simple: qualify and schedule an initial meeting for our Client Solutions (Sales) team. Prospect strategically: Work very closely with our Lead Generation and Marketing team to research and target companies that align with our mission and growth goals. Generate high-quality leads: Qualify leads through effective communication and identify their needs. Become a HubSpot and Salesforce pro: Leverage these tools to organise your work and track progress efficiently. Shape the role: We encourage your input and ideas to help us refine and optimise the prospecting process. Crush Goals: Achieve your weekly leading indicators of calls and qualified initial meetings. This leads to business growth in terms of profitability and climate impact! WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Who You Are: A highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude A master communicator with excellent written and verbal skills Adept at cold outreach via phone, email and other pathways, comfortable exceeding expectations Proven ability to generate leads and navigate modern CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) A passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive environmental impact Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to building a successful sales team Bonus Points: Experience in the sustainability or climate change sector A proven track record of exceeding sales goals PERKS
