Due to this growth, we are looking for a Business Development Representative to help us achieve our ambitious goals of expanding our presence in the global market. The opportunity: We are looking for a highly energetic person, with sound business acumen and natural sales instincts to join us as a Global Business Development Representative in our office in Dubai. You will gain experience interacting with high-level executives and key decision-makers in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area. As an Easygenerator Business Development Representative, you will: Identify and engage with key decision-makers to determine fit, need, project budgets, and timelines. Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications (LinkedIn, email, telephone, online demo) designed to increase customer interest in Easygenerator’s products. Find opportunities to generate new business and fuel our growth. Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory. Our ideal Business Development Representative will have: A bachelor’s degree or higher. 0-1 year of relevant work experience. Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written. Ability to communicate in a clear, goal-oriented way that leaves no room for interpretation. Ability to take the lead in a conversation, but also know when it’s time to listen. Experience working with targets and KPIs. Initiative, multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management skills. High energy and a positive attitude.
