As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key role in fueling Natterbox’s growth by identifying, qualifying, and generating leads for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with only a few years experience to kickstart their career in sales. Responsibilities Research and identify potential customers and key decision-makers using platforms such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, Cognism and other industry tools. Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate leads. Qualify inbound leads by understanding their business needs and aligning them with Natterbox’s solutions. Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine lead generation strategies and improve outreach effectiveness. Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and communications in Salesforce. Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and outreach efforts. Requirements Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 0–2 years of professional experience in sales, customer service, or a related role (sales internships or relevant part-time work is a plus). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with prospects. A passion for technology and SaaS solutions, with a desire to grow in sales. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn for prospecting is highly desirable.
