Business Development Support
to join our international Sales & Marketing team. You will be based in our Winnersh office 3 days per week. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Development Support professional to join our team. Reporting directly to the Head of Global Relationships and CEO/Commercial, you will play a key role in supporting the business development team, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies. Your enthusiasm for technology, exceptional communication skills, and people-oriented approach will be critical to your success in this role. Duties and Responsibilities: Client Enquiries and Communication: Respond quickly and professionally to incoming client and partner inquiries. HubSpot CRM Management: Record and manage all client interactions using HubSpot CRM. Business Development Support: Assist in researching opportunities and preparing proposals. Collaboration with Marketing: Align promotional efforts with business objectives. Administrative and Logistical Tasks: Organize meetings, events, and schedules for the team. Highly Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Positive People Person: Relationship builder with a collaborative mindset. Interest in Technology: Comfortable with tools like HubSpot CRM. Qualifications: Proven experience in business development or client relationship management. Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms.
