Business Director , you'll be responsible for managing senior client relationships and delivering analytics-driven marketing solutions. You will lead teams of analysts, providing business insights, technical guidance, and ensuring quality in the execution of marketing effectiveness projects. You will also support media planners and strategists with data-driven decision-making and help embed insights into clients' day-to-day marketing activities. Your role will include working independently on projects, contributing to product development, and using your expertise in data science to enhance existing offerings and create new analytical tools. Additionally, you will manage Junior Analysts, helping them grow and contribute to team initiatives like process improvement and revenue generation. About You Experience:

Strong background in statistics, econometrics, or related fields, with proven experience in delivering analytical projects within an agency or marketing analytics team. Consultative Skills:

Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, diagnose marketing challenges, and provide data-driven solutions. You'll be skilled in presenting complex insights clearly and concisely. Technical Expertise:

Proficient in econometrics/Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), business forecasting, machine learning, and A/B testing. Strong coding skills in R (experience in Python, SQL, and other tools is a plus). Leadership:

Proven project management and people development skills, with prior experience managing junior team members.
