This role has a salary range of £46,731 to £50,788 per annum based on a 37 hour working week. Then this is the job for you! About the Organisation Farnham Town Council is a local council, which is the universal term for community, neighbourhood, parish and town councils. It is the first tier of local government and is a statutory body. Farnham Town Council delivers services to meet local needs, gives the community a voice and representation, and improves the quality of life and community wellbeing. About the Role Farnham Town Council is seeking a dynamic and proactive Business & Facilities Manager to champion enhancements to the facilities offer and the overall customer experience. The BFM will lead the Works Team effectively as well as co-ordinate the Council's grounds, buildings and associated amenities and ensure they are well managed and maintained. You will also manage, co-ordinate, organise and promote the safe, efficient, and cost-effective use of all facilities within the Council's areas of responsibilities.
