A scaling Commercial Finance Brokerage in the South are looking for a talented financial services salesperson to join them as they look to accelerate their offering in 2025. Based in Essex, they're looking for you to have a regional presence in the South East.
The role as a Business Finance Broker: Originating and developing profitable business relationships with businesses and funders across your specialist finance area. Prospecting new business and identifying areas for business with new clients, funders and introducers. Becoming the single point of contact for your clients, attending and servicing their needs within agreed timeframes. Preparing and proposing lending solutions tailored to the needs of your clients, working in conjunction with the internal admin team to streamline the process. Arrange to be visible to clients both new and existing through face to face meetings, networking events and corporate hospitality. Develop your own personal brand and reputation in the market through the likes of excellent service, referrals, effective use of LinkedIn. Strive to meet and exceed targets on a consistent basis.
What we're looking for in you: Financial sales experience essential. Experience within Commercial Finance sectors with a brokerage such as Asset Finance, Invoice Finance, Vehicle Finance would be beneficial but not essential. Target driven and used to working to a fast pace is key. Financially driven and motivated to maximise earnings. Proven ability to hit and exceed targets in current role. Must have a full UK driving license.
