POSITION SUMMARY:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Participate in a two-year rotational programme featuring four six-month functional placements, tailored to business needs Duties, responsibilities, and deliverables for each placement will be clearly outlined and aligned with business objectives Placements are collaboratively planned with HR Leaders and the ELT to ensure a well-rounded experience, typically covering: Customer or demand-focused areas, Supply Chain or Procurement, Operations or Aftermarket, Business Support or Engineering WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Recently degree qualified Intellectually curious and highly motivated to succeed Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across all levels of seniority. Pragmatic and creative - being able to challenge the status quo - bringing a fresh perspective and new ideas Numerical, analytical and comfortable working with data Calm under pressure and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
