We are recruiting for a Business Graduate to join our client on a full-time permanent basis. During an initial 15 month programme, you will rotate across 4 business units, to gain a better understanding of sales, engineering and economics.
This Graduate role, will support the business to understand the effective use of new technology and business strategies including and limited to atomisation, digitalisation and our target on zero emissions.
Although our clients' Head Office is in Swindon, they work in an agile way and you will have the flexibility to manage your time and location of work accordingly.
In this role you will:
Scope, plan, deliver, monitor defined projects across a number of work rotations.
Foster a collaborative approach, building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and promoting collaborative working between teams and Branch
Work effectively with colleagues across the business.
Support problem solving to help keep deliverables on track
Undertake such other tasks as may reasonably be required
In order to perform this role effectively, you will ideally:
Recently received a high level degree or even a Masters
Studied business, economics, sales or engineering
Travelled, worked or perhaps studied abroad
Have the ability to quickly understand complex business-processes and abstract those
Have an independent and proactive working ethic
Have strong planning and organisation, including administration
Be a strong relationship builder and stakeholder management
Have a keen eye for detail
Be inquisitive
