We’re on the lookout for a Business Improvement Analyst to join our innovative Strategy, Performance, and Insight Team on a permanent basis. If you’re skilled in SQL and data visualisation tools, this is your chance to make a real impact! In this role, you will provide data and insight to support decision making and delivery of services, as well as engaging in business improvement projects with teams across PCH in order to drive up efficiency and performance.
Our Ideal Candidate For This Role Is Someone Who: Develops and provides a wide range of complex regular and ad-hoc data reports. Communicates data insights with a variety of audiences at varying levels. Works alongside various operational teams to understand and improve their performance. Has a creative and analytical mind to improve the way we go about our business. Uses data visualisation tools to enhance the way that we share performance information.
