Business Improvement and Performance Officer
£47,532 - £50,574 per annum
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Improvement & Transformation Officer to join our team at oneSource. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by driving service improvements and leading on strategic projects across the oneSource partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of customer relationship management, performance management, and service improvement strategies.
Lead and deliver business improvement projects using methodologies like LEAN, Agile, or Systems Thinking.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficiencies and implement evidence-based change initiatives.
Develop and maintain a business improvement toolkit, providing training and mentorship to staff.
Promote continuous improvement in customer experience using innovative business practices and the latest technology.
Create and manage a presence on multimedia platforms to promote commercial opportunities and customer engagement.
Manage allocated budgets for specific projects and deliver results within agreed timelines.
About You:

Strong project management and analytical skills.
Proven experience in service design, business improvement, or transformation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to mentor and support colleagues.
