Key Responsibilities: Work directly with the Corporate Development Director to establish key business improvement strategies and projects. Lead the day-to-day organization of transformation projects; coordinate workstreams, manage resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring tangible business benefits are realized. Create and maintain a range of comprehensive project documentation including project plans, RACI charts, risk registers, highlight/status reports, and present at Project Steering Groups. Hold accountability for the project management of all Business Improvement initiatives and projects, working collaboratively with colleagues on Group-wide projects. Coordinate and manage a range of key stakeholders as well as third parties/vendors for the successful execution of all projects. Work closely with senior stakeholders across the Company to develop, support, and implement strategic project plans that support the business strategy. Take a proactive approach to challenges of change/project plans. Be responsible for supporting multiple complex change projects across the business. Identify change strategies that can proactively support project delivery and its success. Leverage existing experience and established change management methodologies and tools to consistently deliver change initiatives. Work with the Corporate Development Director and key stakeholders to create and integrate change plans in support of projects, taking into account the impact on people, processes, and systems. Develop comprehensive communication plans to convey project plans, the reasons for change, and the impact on individuals and teams. Maintain strict confidentiality of change projects across the business.
