Lynx are recruiting for a reputable consultancy who are looking for an experienced/accomplished Business Improvement Manager to join their team. The Business Improvement Manager will be managing a Delivery team of up to 10 members of staff working with exciting clients in industries such as Automotive and Travel & Tourism. Essential Skills & Experience:

Strong experience with Process Improvement/Operational Excellence Experienced operating models Business architecture experience Team management experience Stakeholder management experience Consultancy/MSP background Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role Lean Six Sigma certified (black or master black belt) Computer Science/IT based BSc Degree 2:1 or above The Business Improvement Manager is a hybrid role working in the office 3 days a week.
