Assisting managers in using data to improve housing services. To thrive in this role, you’ll need advanced skills in Excel and SQL, along with the ability to explain complex information in a way that’s easy to understand. A strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines are all essential. If you have experience in local government or housing services, that’s a bonus.
