Collaborate with the franchise to generate actionable business insights that drive data-driven decision-making. Leverage advanced analytics methodologies, tools, and techniques to analyze data effectively. Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders clearly and concisely. Play a crucial role in promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization. Responsibilities: Understand franchise strategy and operational priorities to generate actionable business insights. Derive insights through secondary data analysis, primary market research, and utilizing existing dashboards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and develop appropriate analytical approaches. Lead and manage the end-to-end forecasting process across annual and long-term forecasting cycles. Liaise with the franchise team to develop sound, insight-led assumptions to inform forecasting models. Present forecasting outputs and the impact of assumptions to align with franchise, finance, and other relevant stakeholders. Design dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including technology vendors and data providers. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and business insights. Ensure all activities comply with relevant legal requirements, ethical standards, and company policies. Key Attributes: Growth mindset, strong project management skills, and a strategic focus.
