This position is for a temporary engagement through our staffing partner DZConneX (Yoh Services). The anticipated duration of this engagement will vary and will be a minimum of 12 months. We do require someone to be onsite in our Liverpool office for a minimum of 2-3 days per week, with flexibility. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will focus on supporting QA teams by gathering and analysing operational data trends, visualising metrics, performing data/report audits, and monitoring operations with reports and dashboards. What you will be doing:

BI Analysis: Develop highly functional and visually appealing Tableau dashboards and reports based on SQL data sources. Write SQL queries to organise and analyse data and ensure optimal report/dashboard performance. Update data mappings to support ETL/ELT processes/jobs. Work with other analysts and business team members to gather requirements for new reports/dashboards or add new features to existing ones. Gain deep understanding of our data to perform ad-hoc analysis and prepare business recommendations to management supported by data. Work with other analysts to clean data and support ETL/ELT processes. Analyse complex datasets to support existing operational metrics and identify new metrics or opportunities for efficiencies. Work closely with data engineers, analysts, finance and business leaders to build, refine and/or maintain centralised systems and data "pipelines" by which the business reports, measures and runs operations. What we are looking for:

2+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau. 2+ years of hands-on experience with writing SQL queries and performing data analysis. Comfortable working in a global matrix-based team. Desirable skills:

Experience with Redshift, DBT, Airflow. Track record of showcasing customer service. JIRA & Confluence experience. Familiarity with the gaming industry will be considered a strong asset. Benefits:
