Business Intelligence Analyst (Qlik Sense)

DXP Talent is working with an Oxford-based client to recruit for a BI Analyst who has in-depth Qlik Sense experience.
The BI Analyst will be working with various teams across the business to review and analyse data pulled from various data streams (including SAP and Salesforce) to produce user-friendly and engaging reports.
The current Qlik Sense platform needs stabilising to ensure that reports are accurate and detailed. Candidates need to demonstrate a background in working with static data, extracting data queries, and analysing data to produce accurate reports that will allow senior stakeholders in the business to make data-led business decisions. Candidates should ideally have a Qlik Developer or Architect background, as you will be the sole person working on the platform to produce reports and troubleshoot issues related to Qlik (data discrepancies, performance bottlenecks).
Other duties: Design, build and deploy complex data visualisation solutions. Optimise Qlik Sense applications for performance, ensuring scalability and efficient data retrieval. Collaborate with team members to translate business needs into technical specifications. Support end-users in navigating and getting performance from Qlik Sense or Power BI or Tableau reports. Develop and deliver knowledge transfer and training to the users. Evaluate, design, and implement BI architecture solutions. Deliver knowledge transfer and training to other team members. Work collaboratively in a team environment and with cross-functional teams. Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
