BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST Location: Remote (with occasional travel to London) Hours of work: 40 hours per week Contract Type: 6-month Fixed Term Contract The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a key role in supporting the wider team with the administration, development, and design of solutions that enable the live review of key performance indicators (KPIs) and client data across multiple operating systems. This data will drive better decision-making and enhance business performance. Job Description In this role, you will collaborate with account teams to analyse data patterns and trends, identifying problem areas as well as best practices. You will also take the lead in implementing the Business Intelligence (BI) solution onto client accounts and provide ongoing support to end users. This position involves working on a large-scale government contract, offering a fast-paced environment that will suit someone who thrives in such conditions and enjoys hitting the ground running. Key Responsibilities Maintain Tableau product, including site administration and licensing reviews Manage change requests for existing products Produce user documentation and training materials Support the creation of BI content for commercial bids, including videos and images Collaborate with client account teams and on-account BI resources to design, build, and roll out high-quality products with continuous improvement Implement agreed BI project designs to achieve the best outcomes across the enterprise Contribute to a culture of innovation by providing solutions that improve performance, enable informed decision-making, and promote the sharing of best practices Provide input into the development of existing applications and assist in developing new applications by identifying areas for improvement About You Proven experience as a Data Analyst Proficient in Tableau (preferred) and PowerBI SQL knowledge is a plus but not essential Highly numerate with strong analytical skills Detail-oriented with a high standard of data accuracy Ability to collaborate effectively with both commercial and technical stakeholders High drive, energy level, and adaptability to change Capable of working in the fast-paced FM sector, managing changing priorities, and staying calm under pressure Experienced in manipulating large data sets in a professional setting The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
