What you’ll do Reporting to the Senior Enterprise PMO Manager and working closely with Data Analytics Manager, the Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist will be responsible for: Development and maintenance of tools to support reporting requirements (e.g. Power BI & PowerApps); Development of new dashboards, reports and reporting mechanisms to report on key performance indicators and provide detailed trend analysis and recommendations to a broad range of stakeholders; Pinpointing opportunities for automation and developing tools and processes to support this; Data validation, identifying anomalies and data accuracy issues and the development of solutions to improve overall reporting; Provide first and second line support to stakeholders from across the business, troubleshooting issues and supporting further development of tools; Day-to-day maintenance of the Vodafone UK Azure DevOps (ADO) Portfolio Management data repository; Maintain relationships with key data stakeholders across VFUK to ensure data consistency and one version of the truth. Who you are Experience with Microsoft PowerBI, PowerAutomate and PowerApps Skilled in leveraging data analytics to transform complex data sets into compelling visuals, including dynamic charts, interactive graphs, and pivot tables, driving actionable insights and informed decision-making Good technical problem-solving skills, a proactive mind-set with a focus on constant improvement and follow through at all levels Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely present complicated computer concepts to end-users with differing skill levels High level of energy and flexibility to get things done and thrive in a fast-paced, agile, team-oriented environment An understanding or knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps is desirable Tooling maintenance experience is desirable Experience of project and programme management processes and data sets is desirable What we offer We believe that taking care of our employees is the key to their success.
