Job Purpose

As the Business Intelligence Manager, you will ensure market and stakeholder insights drive informed decisions for the commercialization and go-to-market strategy for MoonLake. You will lead business intelligence activities (Marketing analytics, Primary market research, TPP testing, launch KPI’s, KOL interviews, brand performance tracking, patient journey mapping, and competitive intelligence) and will be responsible for generating new insights to support actionable recommendations that address key business needs and objectives. You will work closely with the Marketing and Data Analytics teams to interpret US healthcare claims and insurance plan-level data to assess prescription patterns, patient journey and prescriber landscape for Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) and Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA). You will have an active role in shaping the brand, market access, go-to-market and commercialization strategies by infusing relevant insights into the discussion with the respective marketing, market access and commercial counterparts. Key responsibilities: Design and deliver market research initiatives, both quantitative and qualitative, to generate insights that address identified knowledge gaps for the brand and organization. Conduct consultations with HCP’s (MD’s, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, HCP staff, etc.) to gather insights that address identified knowledge gaps in commercialization and go-to-market strategy activities. Build and own the Patient Journey mapping for HS and PsA. Lead commercial competitive intelligence gathering, turning information into insights and proactively infusing them into commercial strategy discussions with the relevant counterparts (e.g., brand, access, etc.) Proactively identify new data sources and analytics opportunities to ensure the organization's decision-making is based on the most current, objective and comprehensive insights. Enable and demonstrate leadership on all cross-functional business teams by framing and prioritizing critical questions. Manage all aspects of business intelligence, including project planning, initiation of RFP process, vendor selection, study design, contract execution and budget management. Ensure all Business Intelligence gathering activities are conducted on time, within budget and ethical compliance guidelines. Your profile

Education: Bachelor in Business, Science, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent. Experience: 4+ years of experience delivering strategy and insights for Life Sciences industry. Skills/knowledge/behavioural competencies: Ability to develop actionable customer insights. Marketing analytics. Adaptable and able to thrive in fast-paced environments. Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Data Visualization. Basic coding literacy (e.g., SQL, python) desirable. Work Location: 2 days a week in our brand new Cambridge or Porto office. Why us?
