Ponticelli UK Ltd are looking for a Business Intern to join our team. The Intern’s role will be to gain practical experience in various aspects of the business by supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to key projects across departments. The Intern will work closely with different teams to develop a broad understanding of the business and its operations.

Key Deliverables

Assist in the daily operations of various departments, including finance, HR, marketing, and operations, by providing administrative and project support. Contribute to departmental projects, conducting research, data analysis, and preparing reports to support business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gain insight into business processes and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights that support business development and strategic decision-making. Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to assigned tasks and projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the energy sector and business operations. Assist in the planning and execution of company events, including meetings, presentations, and conferences, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed effectively. Identify opportunities for process improvements within the business and suggest innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency. Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in the company’s systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other regulatory requirements. Rotate through different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of how various functions contribute to the overall success of the business. Profile

Qualifications and Work Experience:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Desirable:
