Sales & Marketing Business Line Manager

to lead our strategy and operations in Great Britain. This senior role is integral to achieving our ambitious targets and requires a collaborative approach to align divisional and company-wide objectives. The Role:

As the CTS Sales & Marketing BLM, you will: Drive Results and Customer Success : Achieve profitable growth targets by leveraging direct and indirect sales channels. Develop an exceptional aftermarket strategy, supporting sales of OFA and AII products. Enhance service revenue through superior customer satisfaction and optimized cost management. Innovate systems, tools, and training for a competitive advantage.

Lead with Impact : Inspire and manage a high-performing sales, marketing, and communications team. Shape annual budgets and promotional plans, ensuring alignment with sales goals. Act as a key member of the GBT Management Team, fostering collaboration and success.

Commit to Sustainability : Champion a safe, inclusive, and empowering work environment. Drive initiatives aligned with diversity, development, and corporate values. Uphold Atlas Copco's ethical standards and best practices in daily operations.

To succeed, you will need: Proven experience in sales and marketing of industrial equipment or services. Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of achieving growth. Familiarity with CTS products, services, and IT systems is highly advantageous. Financial acumen, with an understanding of KPIs, forecasting, and P&L management. A university degree (technical or commercial focus) or equivalent experience. Willingness to travel regularly.
