Overview Colchester FordContract Type: Permanent, Full-TimeHours: (44 hours on a rota basis) Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00, Saturday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sunday 11:00 - 16:00Salary: £60,000 OTE (including £35,000 basic plus bonus)Are you a career driven and motivational manager? Please note as your role will involve driving some impressive cars, you must have a full UK driving licence. Responsibilities Identifying based on requirement and individual suitability, appropriate funding and insurance options for customers, whilst maintaining excellent levels of compliance and commitment to treating customers fairly.Understand all aspects of financial and insurance product regulations to ensure accurate information is given when negotiating a vehicle saleYou will also monitor finance and insurance performance against expectation, whilst maintaining a compliant sales processAs you will work with management to coach and develop the skills of the team to achieve business objectives.Assisting management in planning, forecasting trends, and revising plans for the dealership on an ongoing basisAcquire a high level of product knowledge to competently answer all customer queries and logging all activity to monitor and measure outcomes and provide regular feedback to the Management teamsAbout usWe are one of the top three automotive retailers in the UK, proudly representing 32 manufacturer brands, selling a huge range of new and used vehicles from over 150 dealerships across the UK and Ireland.
