About the role Due to an internal promotion the rare opportunity to join the Unley Mercedes Benz, Finance & Insurance team has become available. The role requires the Business Manager to consult with our valued clients offering competitive solutions for finance and insurance.They will manage all aspects of the finance and insurance function and support dealership sales and CSI/NPS targets whilst providing finance and insurance to customers in a professional and ethical manner. Duties & Responsibilities Establish short- and long-term finance and insurance sales targets in conjunction with Financial Controller. Manage all aspects of finance and insurance to achieve finance and insurance sales targets Provide customers with finance and insurance options to assist the buying process and actively participate in closing deals Ensure finance and insurance sales processes adhere to the manufacturers guiding principles and company policy Ensure the accuracy and prompt settlement of all insurance products Present finance and insurance options for customers, offering all products at all times Ensure total customer satisfaction by striving to achieve better than average CSI levels Ensure customer service matters are dealt with promptly and efficiently Skills & Experience Previous F&I sales experience in the automotive industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional and enthusiastic presentation and approach. Results driven and customer-centric approach. Able to use Microsoft Office and software programs. Driver’s licence required. Competitive salary base, commissions & company vehicle. 5 day working week.
