What do you need to succeed as a Business Manager?

A high level of professional acumen and an outstanding work ethic Excellent communication skills Ability to captain a team to obtain outstanding results as well as supporting and leading them Ability to meet and exceed sales targets monthly Influence and negotiation skills Excellent relationship building skills, with both your team and customers What does the Business Manager role involve?
