The Role of the Business Manager:

• The goal is for this person to develop into Managing Director of the company.

• To begin with, learning the ropes of the business, attending service calls, familiarising with the manufacturing process.

• As the role develops, creating marketing plans, driving new business, overall management of the business etc.

• Handling existing accounts.

The Ideal Person for the Business Manager:

• Mechanical Engineering degree or similar.

• Strong business acumen.

• Desire to build a business.

• Risk Taker
