In this role you will: Design and deliver tailored asset finance solutions to meet customer needs. Achieve sales targets and objectives in line with business goals. Proactively manage the dealer region, collaborating closely to promote and generate finance solutions that drive vehicle sales. Participate and contribute to dealer sales meetings to strengthen partnerships and boost sales performance. Build trust and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, prospects, customers, advisors, and vendors to foster long-term success. Enhance the finance knowledge of vehicle sales teams through guidance and support. Prepare and deliver reports, sales forecasts, and tactical sales campaigns that align with strategic objectives. Identify broader sales opportunities, for the wider business. About you: Commercial acumen:
