Software proficiency such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public. Must have knowledge of billing and collection practices/techniques. Superior organization skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to multi-task. Prior experience in BOM within a nursing center or healthcare setting. Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff. INDHP
